AFS InterCultural Fair 2025
The 19th AFS InterCultural Fair (ICF) concluded successfully on October 18. Special thanks to the co-organizing school, Baptist Lui Ming Choi Secondary School, and Principal Wan Ka Kit, Andy, for their support in providing the venue and allowing students to serve as volunteers for ICF 2025. BLMCSS students collaborated with 16 AFS exchange students and AFS volunteers, contributing significantly to the event’s success. This collaboration fostered a vibrant multicultural atmosphere, enhancing understanding and appreciation of diverse cultures among all participants. ICF 2025 successfully facilitated cultural exchange among 510 teachers and students from 35 schools, allowing everyone to learn from each other in a multicultural setting.

Year Exchange Program
Immerse in a foreign language environment for 9-10 months, study at a local secondary school and live with a host family. Suitable for Hong Kong students aged 15-18.5.
Summer Exchange Program
Immerse in a foreign language environment for 2-4 weeks, study a topic at a local secondary school, live in school dormitory or with a host family. Suitable for Hong Kong students aged 13-18.
Host School Program
Host an exchange student aged 15-17 for one academic year and introduce a foreign student to your school. All secondary schools in Hong Kong are welcome to apply.
Host Family Program
Host an exchange student aged 15-17 for 10 months and introduce a foreign member to your family. Short-term hosting opportunities are also available.
Intercultural Learning Research Report
In 2020-21, AFS organised the Jockey Club Community Sustainability Fund – AFS Youth Intercultural Online Learning Project with the generous support of the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, and based on questionnaire done during the online project, we published the Impact of Intercultural Learning on Youth in Hong Kong Research Report.
