The transportation and accommodation involved in the exchange program itinerary are organized by local non-profit organizations or volunteers. The itinerary is not organized or promoted by a licensed travel agent, nor is it accompanied by a licensed tour leader. Additionally, the itinerary is not covered by the Travel Industry Compensation Fund.
