AFS Intercultural Exchanges is the Hong Kong office of an international non-profit organization, AFS Intercultural Programs, which focuses on providing intercultural learning opportunities like overseas exchange programs and local hosting programs.

AFS Programs

Overseas Exchange Programs

Provide local secondary school students with year and summer exchange opportunities, immerse in a foreign language environment for 10 months or 2-6 weeks. Until now more than 4000 Hong Kong students joined the program.

Local Hosting Programs

Provide local secondary schools and families with opportunities to host a foreign exchange student. Until now AFS Hong Kong hosted more than 900 exchange students with more than 130 schools in Hong Kong joined the program.

Intercultural Learning Programs

Innovative programs started in 2020. It allows local students aged 12-14 to build up understanding on cultures and global issues in fun way even when staying in Hong Kong.

Youth Empowerment Project
