Reporting to the Executive Director, the appointee will be responsible for:

  • the administration of intercultural learning projects, volunteer and alumni programs;
  • project coordination, external liaison, event organisation, enquiries handling, and website development and updating;
  • working in irregular hours (including evenings and weekends) may be required.


Applicants should have:

  • a bachelor degree with at least five years of working experience in the education sector;
  • proficiency in computer applications: WordPress, PowerPoint, and MS;
  • good organisational, interpersonal and communication skills;
  • an open, innovative, self-motivated and responsible attitude; and
  • the ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure.

Salaries will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
