The Volunteer Development Team is in the center of the "driving wheel" and will play a role in enhancing volunteer involvement, design training curriculum to develop volunteers' personal and professional skills, establish policies and procedures on empowerment, recognition and retention of volunteers and draw up a volunteer succession plan.
