Recruitment Team is responsible for coordinating the logistics of, and content for the orientations of the sending program. The Team also oversees the interviewing and selection of participants and their natural families, and be responsible for coordination of home visit interviews for sending students.

Team Update
The Recruitment Team sets out to help our group of 119 sending students to identify their goals before they embark on their one-year exchange program. A series of games and case sharing were arranged to encourage them to set realistic expectations during the Pre-Departure Camp on 3-4 July 2010.
In November we celebrated the Annual Volunteer Forum 2010, and each volunteer team did their best in introducing their team structures and responsibilities. The materials can now be viewed here:
